ll Modulo 6 affronta una delle macroaree principali del processo Comunicazione Tecnica e individua le principali direttive e norme che prescrivono i requisiti per la progettazione e redazione di manuali di istruzioni su macchine e prodotti per distribuzione multimodale e multicanale.
Nello specifico il Modulo 6 aggiorna e supporta nell’adozione e conformità alle principali norme e standard in ambito Comunicazione Tecnica.
Il Modulo 6 supporta i Comunicatori tecnici Senior a risolvere le problematiche legate alla creazione e redazione tecnica di contenuti conformi alle normative e agli standard in vigore.
Uno degli obiettivi principali è l’aggiornamento su quanto già appreso nei Livelli precedenti del CQCT o in altra formazione seguita.
Il Modulo 6 presenta esempi pratici, spunti di riflessione e suggerimenti su contenuti a norma con un’attenzione particolare ai nuovi regolamenti e standard legati all’ambiente, al green deal e alla sostenibilità con impatto sul mondo della comunicazione tecnica.
Il Modulo 6 illustra inoltre come orientarsi su normative, regolamenti e standard appena pubblicati, in pubblicazione o in revisione.
Tra gli argomenti del Modulo 6:
- Aggiornamento sui prossimi regolamenti e direttive relativi al pacchetto sull’economia circolare per l’UE.
- Aggiornamento sui prossimi regolamenti su AI e Cyber Resilience
- Aggiornamento sulla revisione della IEC/IEEE 82079-1 Ed.2 e preparazione della ISO/IEC 82079-2
- Aggiornamento sulla ISO O 24183 Comunicazione Tecnica – Vocabolario.
Regulations and Standards
Module 6 addresses one of the main macro-areas of the Technical Communication Process and identifies the main directives and standards that prescribe the requirements for designing and writing instruction manuals on machines and products for multimodal and multi-channel delivery.
Specifically, Module 6 updates on and supports for adopting and complying with the main standards in the Technical Communication.
Module 6 supports Senior Technical Communicators to solve the critical issues related to the creation and technical writing of content in compliance with the regulations and standards in force.
One of the main aims is to update on what has already been learnt in previous CQCT Levels or in other training followed.
Module 6 presents practical examples, insights and hints on content in compliance with standards, with a specific focus on the new regulations and standards in the field of environment, green deal and sustainability with impact on the technical communication sector.
